Howdy folks, and welcome to the shipping policy here at DZC, where we aim to spread joy like confetti! We're here to spread cheer with every package we send your way. Here's how we roll:

Careful Inspections: Every item we send out undergoes a thorough inspection, ensuring that you receive exactly what you ordered in best condition possible. It's all about that peace of mind, just like the belief in the power of positive thinking!

Funko POP Protection: New & PreLoved 4” Funko POPs? They're getting the VIP treatment with a free soft pop protector. Because we know you want your favorite collectibles to arrive as fresh as a morning breeze.

Shipping and Handling: While we handle the packaging with love and care, once it's in the hands of USPS or UPS, it's off on its adventure! While we can't control the delivery journey, we're always here to lend an ear and offer support.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package decides to take an unexpected detour or arrives with a few battle scars, don't fret! You've got 48 hours to reach out to us for lost packages and 7 days to report any damage. We're here to make it right!  We can issue a lost package or damaged package request with the shipping carrier and will continue to follow up.

 Quick Turnaround: In-stock orders are our top priority, typically shipping out within 2 business days via USPS/UPS. Because we know you're as eager to receive your goodies.


Please remember, we're all about spreading joy and happiness with our collectibles, but a minor packaging flaw won't rain on our parade. Just like how a little bump in the road won't stop DZC and the gang from chasing their dreams!

Return Policy:

Howdy there, Collectible fans! Here at DZC, we're all about spreading joy through collectibles and sealed product excitement. While we don't typically accept returns on opened items, we're committed to making things right if your order arrives damaged or not as described. Just shoot us an email atdzcrequests@gmail.com  within 7 days of receiving your goodies, and we'll hop on the case faster than your cat after eating some catnip.

Cancellation Policy:

Now, about those last-minute changes of heart – we get it, life's full of surprises! If you need to cancel your order before it ships, no worries. Just know that there's a wee 3% cancellation fee to cover our non-refundable payment processing fee. It's like when you find a random snack in your pocket – unexpected, but necessary!
