Our team carefully inspects and packages each item to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. Any damage will be notied in the description of the item and pictures will be privided for your inspection.

    Q: Are your products authentic? A: Yes, all the products offered at Deadzone Coillectibles are 100% authentic that come from direct distributors. We source our collectibles from many different places and we do our best to inspect all of our products to insure they are authentic. Sealed product is a little differnt as we can only inspect the packaging to make sure it is good.

Additionally, the auction-style listings can sometimes skew accuracy. Hobby DB: Pricing data from Hobby DB can be inconsistent and unreliable. Listings may contain inaccuracies, such as unavailable links or outdated information. Discrepancies between Hobby DB and other platforms, like eBay, further complicate the pricing evaluation process. Mercari: Similar to eBay, Mercari serves as a pricing resource, but it comes with its own set of concerns, particularly regarding scams and counterfeit items. Consequently, we approach Mercari cautiously and primarily rely on it when alternative information is unavailable. Enhancing our pricing strategy involves navigating these challenges while striving for accuracy and reliability. We continuously evaluate and refine our approach to ensure that our pricing reflects the true value of the items we offer.

    At Deadzone Collectibles, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to accommodate our customers by accepting offers on a range of products including Funko Pops, YouTooz, Designer Toys, comics, and even opened items, provided our capacity allows.     To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
