Q: Do you offer pre-orders or backorders?

A: At this time we are not doing pre-orders or backorders but as our business continues to grow we might.

We strive to ensure that all Funko Pops and other collectible items are in near-mint or mint condition. Our team carefully inspects and packages each item to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. Any damage will be noted in the item's description, and pictures will be provided for your inspection.

Q: Are your products authentic?

A: Yes, all the products offered at Deadzone Coillectibles are 100% authentic that come from direct distributors. We source our collectibles from many different places and we do our best to inspect all of our products to insure they are authentic. Sealed product is a little differnt as we can only inspect the packaging to make sure it is good.

3. Mercari: Similar to eBay, Mercari serves as a pricing resource, but it comes with its own set of concerns, particularly regarding scams and counterfeit items. Consequently, we approach Mercari cautiously and primarily rely on it when alternative information is unavailable.

We strive to accommodate our customers by accepting offers on various products, including Funko Pops, YouTooz, Designer Toys, comics, and even opened items, as long as our capacity allows. While we consider all offers, acceptance is not guaranteed. Each offer undergoes careful review, and a decision is made accordingly. Submitting an offer does not automatically ensure its acceptance.
